Designed for Modern Architecture
Aluminium is the material of contemporary design. Its strength allows what other materials cannot: slim frames, floor-to-ceiling glass, and wide sliding and folding doors that open entire walls to the outside.
DESCH aluminium systems are made for luxury residential projects, villas, and penthouses — wherever large openings, clean lines, and natural light define the architecture.
German Tilt & Turn Windows – Smart, Practical, Proven
Most DESCH windows open inwards using the German Tilt & Turn system: one window, two opening modes. Tilt from the top for secure ventilation, or swing fully open for maximum airflow and easy cleaning. A benchmark of German engineering — comfort, safety, and long-term performance in one handle.
Outward-opening casement windows are also available.
100% German Standards – Perfect for Indonesia
Founded by a German-born architectural engineer with decades of construction experience in Europe and Southeast Asia, and more than ten years in the Indonesian window business, DESCH builds on a strong foundation.
We work exclusively with leading European manufacturers and continuously follow developments in Europe and Asia, so every DESCH system meets the highest standards.
Soundproof Windows & Doors for Urban Living
Sound insulation is one of our core specialties. Through the right combination of system, glazing, and installation, DESCH windows and doors significantly reduce outside noise — with proven performance in some of the busiest areas of Jakarta and Bali.
Essential for high-end homes, hotels, and hospitals, where quiet is part of quality.
Insulated Double & Triple Glazing for Tropical Climates
Not all double glazing performs the same. Many locally produced units offer limited insulation, with U-values around 3.0 W/m²K. DESCH uses 100% imported insulated glazing:
- Double glazing with U-values from 1.1 W/m²K
- Triple glazing with U-values from 0.6 W/m²K
Filled with argon gas and finished with Low-E coatings, these units keep heat out, block UV radiation, lower energy costs, and add acoustic insulation — cooler interiors, protected furnishings, lasting comfort. [MORE →]
